The rates for the Maison de Ville are as follows:

• January through March 30th, Thursday through Saturday, $175.00 per night, tax inclusive; Sunday through Wednesday, $125.00 per night, tax inclusive.
• April 1st through Dec 31st, Thursday through Saturday, $225.00 per night, tax inclusive; Sunday through Wednesday, $175.00 per night, tax inclusive.
