At 1800 square feet, the Maison de Ville comfortably accomodates six or more. Ascending the stairs from Spring Street, you enter the main living area comprised of a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room and sitting area around the fireplace. There are two bathrooms, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed as well as a separate bedroom for additional guests. Off the main living area is an additional daybed that will sleep two. If movie watching is the choice for the evening, both the living area and the master bedroom have televisions and accompanying dvd and videotape players. A cd player and Ipod Docking stations are located in the front living area and in the master bedroom as well.

The fully-stocked kitchen and dining area make leaving the Maison de Ville a difficult thing to do. You may enjoy a wonderful meal, dine in comfort and then have a drink on the balcony: all without stepping foot outside the Maison. In the morning or after a wonderful meal, you can grind the freshly roasted coffee beans from
Blue Bottle Coffee that are always in stock at the Maison. After grinding, you may choose to prepare your coffee in either the drip, french press or a moka pot. We must confess that the moka pot is our personal favorite.

You and your friends may dine in style at the refinished 1950's dining table. With additional benches around the counter, seating for four at the table and the additional seating area in the adjacent sitting area, there is plenty of room for all to enjoy good food and company.

To enjoy the outdoors without leaving the Maison de Ville, just outside the master bedroom is a lovely garden and hottub. It is so quiet in the garden it is easy to forget that you are located in the heart of downtown. Sometimes, a dip in the hottub is the best way to either begin or finish the day. You may follow up the hottub experience with a warm shower in the two person shower located in the master suite.
